If album artwork could make any suggestion on the outcome of the sounds it contained, the scientific significance of the 1,000 words the image from Dabruck & Kliens Hands On evokes may go something along the lines of: Take one huge tune ADD mountains of bass MARINADE IN buckets of attitude SPRINKLE genre cross-breeding. Shake until proven epic. Serve.

This CD does twos things very successfully; highlight how crap I am at singing and how gorgeous the powerfully haunting voice of Betsie Larkin is.

A funky collection of some of the biggest tunes over the years. From more recent superstars to old school anthems, Gabriel & Dresden: Mixed for Feet Vol 1 mixes the flavours of trance, with techno, electro and dance to create a sweltering mix-a-thon of bass, beats and sizzling vocals.

If you've ever wanted to put on a CD over dinner while your parents are over, this one will not only be the perfect choice, I'm sure it will spark conversation that Trance (when you look at a label such as Armada) is beautiful.

As Markus Schulz presents Dakota (Thoughts Become Things II) starts, it is truly gorgeous. The introduction with Gypsy Room crawls into your ear lobes and sets-up camp for the winter.

Tiësto's Magikal Journey is a trip down a musical memory lane. Disc one is filled with tracks that built a foundation to modern day trance, setting the bar for producers around the world.

If this is the sort of thing tyDi can do now, I almost shudder to think what the man will do by 25. Followed by Dr Willis for the second week of Infinity at QBH, the crown of Australia's Number 1 DJ was both deserved and displayed.

Da Slam - Dr WillisDr Willis brings us 'Da Slam' (SILICON) Silicon has been a label which for me has been at the forefront of the ever popular Tech-Trance sound and with this release it certainly doesn't disappoint. Da Slam is a corker of a track and it comes from Australia's finest export since Kylie Dr Willis.
