The overwhelmingly talented Darren Foreman is Beardyman.

In the truest sense of the word viral, the talents of this English beat-boxer have pervaded every last corner of the globe, gaining hordes of fans and surfing into homes through his Youtube videos. His track Kitchen Diaries has been viewed a phenomenal 5 million times. In November 2008 Beardyman was beamed live into the lounge rooms of global citizens everywhere as a main headliner for the first ever live streamed concert on Youtube.

In the live idiom – Beardyman uses up to 4 Korg Kaoss Pads and state of the art looping technology – which enables him to improvise live on stage to create tracks that that may take weeks in the studio. It is a thing of wonder and crowds have been flocking to see it at festivals all over the world including Bestival, Glastonbury, Leeds, Fuji Rock to name a few. In fact, BBC programmer and guru Rob Da Bank has referred to him as “literally the most entertaining human being I have seen live in donkey's years”. He has also joined forces with superstars Fatboy Slim, Imogen Heap and Groove Armada – putting Beardyman in elite company. He's mind bogglingly talented, funny and entertaining – so if you can drag your gaze away from his Youtube channel – be sure to check out Beardyman as he tears up the stage at The Falls Festival in 2010.
